BeJao is a cutting-edge fitness and health application that empowers users to train according to the personalized methods of top fitness creators in the industry, including renowned athletes like Rubén García, EspeWorkout, Cesc Escolà, Borja Sanfelix, and Paula Suárez. We are on a mission to elevate the user experience and bring a new level of quality to our product design. To achieve this, we are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business goals and user needs into exceptional design solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all touchpoints of the BeJao application.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring the product meets the diverse needs of our user base.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Implement a user-centric design approach, considering usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to continually enhance the product's design strategy.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary guidance and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in startup or scaleup environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and illustrating your design process.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Knowledge of fitness or health-related industries is a plus.
